By booking an event at COZY, you agree to our terms and conditions. These terms may be updated periodically, and it is the customer's responsibility to stay informed.

Booking and Payment

We recommend using the booking system to ensure you get a table and to ensurer that the store is open.

All bookings must be done through the booking system on the website, to secure your reservation. Payment can be made directly in-store.

Cancellation and Refunds

• For standard table reservations, cancellations are accepted anytime up to the reservation time.

• For events, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the event for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a 50% refund. 

Liability

COZY disclaims responsibility for personal injuries or lost belongings during visits or events. We recommend that customers keep track of their personal items.

Use of Materials

All jewelry created at COZY is for personal use and may not be resold without prior permission.

Age Restrictions

All babies, children, and adults are welcome at COZY, but we recommend that children making jewelry be at least 6 years old.

Product Quality

Our jewelry-making materials are all hypoallergenic 925 sterling silver and gold-plated 925 sterling silver. Additionally, our beads and gemstones are carefully selected and of high quality. However, wear and tear will occur with use. We do not recommend wearing the jewelry in the shower.

If your jewelry breaks, you can always have it repaired for free in our store.

Offers and discounts

Whenever we have promotions in the store, discounts apply only to our core product and do not include add-ons such as snacks, drinks, and special beads.
