How does COZY DIY Jewelry work?

When you arrive at COZY, you will be guided to the table you reserved in advance. Then, you choose the piece of jewelry you want to create. While you decide if you'd like something to drink or snack on, our staff will prepare a tray with all the materials you need to assemble your jewelry. Once you receive the tray, you can freely choose from our hundreds of glass beads and purchase additional gemstones or freshwater pearls if desired. Our staff is there to assist you throughout the entire process.

What materials do you use for the jewelry?

We only use high-quality materials such as 925 sterling silver and gold-plated 925 sterling silver components. Glass beads are included in the package, with the option to purchase gemstones and freshwater pearls as add-ons. Children’s beads are made of glass and acrylic. 

Can I bring my child?

Yes! We offer a DIY package designed for children, where the jewelry is made with elastic rather than the jewelry wire used for adults. We have a wide selection of colorful children’s beads. Additionally, strollers and breastfeeding mothers are more than welcome in our shop! There is generally space for the whole family to join in.

Do you offer events like birthdays, bachelorette parties and baby showers?

Yes, COZY offers special event packages for bachelorette parties, baby showers, adult birthdays, and children’s birthdays. You can view our price list and details for each package on the website. If your event is not listed, feel free to contact us. 

How long does a visit last?

A table reservation lasts for 2 hours. However, we are happy to let you stay longer if no other guests are expected. 

How do I book an event?

For groups larger than 8 people, please contact us via email at cozy.sg@outlook.com. 

What is your refund and cancellation policy?

For standard table reservations, cancellations are accepted anytime up to the reservation time.

For events, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the event for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a 50% refund.
